Customers are eligible to request an exchange or a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Eligibility Criteria :
Products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original brand tags attached).
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
3. Shipping Fees & Courier Costs :
Brand Error (Defective items or incorrect size/color sent): Selre will fully cover all courier and shipping fees for the exchange or return process. The customer will not incur any additional charges.
Customer Preference (Incorrect size chosen or change of mind): The customer is fully responsible for covering all courier and shipping fees associated with the exchange or return process.
4. Process & Refund Mechanism :
Collection: Upon requesting an exchange or return, we will dispatch a courier to collect the package from your address.
Inspection: Once the returned shipment arrives back at our facility, it will undergo an inspection process to verify its condition and ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
Refund Issuance: Following a successful inspection and approval, your refund will be processed and transferred within 1 to 2 business days.
Available Refund Methods: Refunds will be transferred directly to the customer via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, depending on the customer's preference.
